We’ve been sold an idea that summer should be breezy go-with-the-flow-vibes. And while it’s really lovely to have some of the time restrictions removed, those wide open spaces are not always so great.

We often forget that having a loose plan and schedule can be supportive to all of us. We forget to prioritise our own needs while we are tending to everyone else’s, then come September, you are full of resentment and exhaustion which is zero fun for anyone!

FAQ

+ What’s the time commitment required?

60-90 minutes for the workshop and then I recommend 30-60 minutes to sit with your plan and schedule in your actions to ensure that it actually happens!

+ Is this just for parents?

This workshop is aimed at parents and in particular mothers. All the research tells us that despite it being 2026, most of this summer manageing and emotional & physical labour falls onto women. The workshop will be referencing this phenemon. However if you have any other caring responsbilities OR you just want a space where you can craft your summer plan you are more than welcome and just use the parts that are useful for you.

+ Can I really get this done in 1 workshop?

Absolutely. We will be working on the plan while we are in the workshop so you will have a significant draft complete by the end. You may need a little more time to refine afterwards and to scheulde in your actions. If you need extra support to either complete the plan or with implementsing it, you can always book a once off session.
