You know you’d love help to make changes so you can do life and work on your terms…
But you don’t know where to start and find the prospect of change daunting and out of reach (who doesn’t?)
Don’t worry, I can help!
I’m Sara, qualified coach and mentor to brave women.
I know first hand how hard and scary making big changes can be.
I have been burnt out and lost but was terrified to walk away from the ‘good, permanent & pensionable job’.
I also know that with the right support and space to come into, I built up the courage to move away from stability and certainty to choosing to create a life that worked better for me and my family.
I have been there and I know how I can support you as you navigate change in your life. I want to support you as life is too short to be living a life that is not yours.
I have supported 100’s of individuals and families to navigate challenges and change in my 20 year career in community development and child and family services.
5 years ago I decided to make the leap to pursue my own business to support women in their lives by training for a year with Tara Mohr with her Playing Big Facilitators Training, followed by an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership & Executive Coaching. I am always learning more and weaving new teachings and methods into my work and recently completed Menstrual Cycle Awareness Coaching Certification which brings cyclical living and nervous system awareness into my work with you.
I love practical and soulfull coaching, I love nuanced thinking and hold space for many truths and ways. I reject the idea that I have the answers for anyone but that I hold a comforting, calm but structured space for you to find the solutions that are right for you.
What makes me really great in this role is my ability to see both wide and deep, my pattern recognition, my HSP and neurodiverse qualities. This means that often clients have got what they needed out of this process quite quickly. And if you are into personality type tools, I am an Enneagram 4, and an INFJ.
If you want experienced, heart centred, soulful but practical support to help you make the changes that you want to make, then please reach out and we can chat.
